Foods To Prevent Constipation Constipation is a common yet uncomfortable experience that millions of people suffer with daily when food is not easily digested. This results in constipation which is described as three consecutive days without

6. Grapes! This has helped my 3 year old out! Grapes can be eaten by themselves or for a more effective method, put the grapes in a glass of milk. Let them soak, and before bed, drink milk, and then eat grapes. By morning your constipation problems should have disappeared.

7. Castor Oil has long been praised as a remedy for constipation. However, precaution should be taken. Please follow exact directions on bottle prior to consuming.
