Do you have frequent bouts of constipation? While many of us don't talk about this kind of condition, they do. Every now and again, either through just fluke of nature, or something you ate, things get stopped up in the colon system or you have a hard time flushing them out.
While periodic constipation may not be an issue, if it becomes a more common thing, it may turn into something serious.
Chronic constipation is when you suffer from constipation more frequently and not just something that happens right after having too rich of a meal. Naturally this in itself is a danger to your body. So you should know that this constipation means that the waste products that are trying to get out of your body system are instead getting stuck in the colon longer than they are supposed to be. This is, of course, much more than a backup of cargo. That waste is digested food items that are starting to decompose and need to be eliminated out of your body system. If, however, they are not removed in a timely manner, they could start to break down into pieces and gives off harmful bacteria and toxins that could leech into the wall of your colon and be responsible for a number of other diseases.
And, the more this is allowed to happen, the more of this waste particles starts to get stuck to the walls of your gastrointestinal tract and give off more harmful toxins. As more waste slowly slogs through the digestive system, it increases the problem until it becomes a toxic waste site that is damaging your body.
If such issue left unchecked this can go beyond just a case of chronic constipation and become IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), which is a condition where your sick colon system is known to cramp, and bloat and could be very uncomfortable. Typically too much waste in your colon system can lead to colon stricture, where literally your colon becomes so blocked up that no waste could pass through or fecal compaction where pounds of rotting matter are stuck inside your gastrointestinal tract and can't get out. Other health conditions that could come from constant bouts of constipation are diverticulosis and diverticulitis, which are where there are pouches in your colon, which become infected and could lead to bloody, painful bowel movements that could land you in the Emergency Room.
Now, how do you solve this kind of problem? Clean your colon system. A clean colon would definitely have few, if any, of the constipation symptoms that end up leading to these more serious conditions. All it requires a good colon cleansing regimen.
Actually colon cleansing can come in a few forms. If you have a serious case of chronic constipation you may have to double some of these up for best results.
* Anal Colon Cleansing. The first options are through solutions inserted with a tube into your anus. These colon cleansing solutions break up the compacted waste in your lower colon and flush it out of your body system.
* Orally. For a more thorough flushing of waste out of your body you might want to try an oral colon cleansing solution. This colon cleanse option may be in a drink or capsule form and would surely work through and clean your entire digestive system.
