Natural Relief For Constipation: How To Stop It Without Drugs
If you are constipated and you are seeking a way to relieve it might be wise for you to seek natural relief for constipation as opposed to getting it with drugs if possible. The reason why is, not all drugs actually loosen up the fecal matter that is really clogging you up like it should. For the most just taking laxatives will just relax the muscles in the coon and if you take it too often your body will get used to you helping it and may stop doing its job by itself.
The best way to avoid a complication like that would be to simply use natural relief for constipation and this article will explain at least three ways that you can accomplish that. The first way that you can accomplish that is to double your fiber intake. Studies show that most Americans only get half the daily amount of fiber that is required to prevent constipation.
This is probably mostly due to the fast lifestyles that most of them have. By choosing to eat fast foods for convenience which is nothing more than processed foods or foods that have been robbed of their natural resources and dressed up with additives to enhance the flavor is the best way to get constipation and dodge the fiber that you really need.
What you should to correct this unhealthy pattern is to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables as well as try to eat them in their natural state as much as possible. It is recommended that you get at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables and one serving of beans a day.
Also with increasing the amount of fiber you should increase your amount of water which is another form of natural relief for constipation. If you can you should try to drink hot water because it stimulates peristalsis which is the squeezing muscular action that pushes stool through the digestive tract.
You can also squeeze lemon into the hot water and drink a glass of it first thing in the morning which will stimulate a bowel movement. The water will be absorbed into the fiber that you drink which will in turn make your stools softer. It is recommended that you drink at least 6 8 ounce glasses of water a day.
The third thing that you can do that will aid the first two forms of natural relief for constipation would be to consume healthy oils which the best way to do this is to try putting a couple of tablespoons on top of a high fiber salad. You should use oils like canola, olive oil or any monounsaturated and polyunsaturated oil.

Fast relief for constipation?
Yesterday I woke up dehydrated and without thinking I just laid in bed and didn't drink water or anything I had diarrhea of course (I made this mistake not too long ago and got constipated then too) I woke up this morning with diarrhea still, however I'll have constant diarrhea but not be able to get the hard part out. I took milk of magnesia and just had a bowel movement (Diarrhea) And still did not get the hard part out. I don't have apple juice or prune juice here but I'm going to my grandparents house soon and I believe they do
Also, I don't want to use an enema, I have school tomorrow and I don't want to have to constantly go at school (I don't like going..number 2 in school anyways) So can I get some ideas for fast relief? Home remedies preferably? (I tried orange juice which USUALLY works for me but not this time)
