Alternative Ways To Relieve Constipation Without Over The Counter Laxatives

Eat Relieve Constipation More and more people these days seem to be suffering from constipation because of improper diets and not enough body movement throughout the day. Many of these people who sufferer from constipation usually hurry to their local pharmacy and drug store looking for a laxative that will help relieve the constipation and pain that comes along with it, but what they really don't know is that by taking more over the counter laxatives you are just getting yourself into a more uncomfortable situation. However, there are many other alternative and healthy natural ways of relieving constipation using organic and natural laxatives we have at home in our kitchens believe it or not that actually help help constipation right away without harming our bodies.

The first alternative way to relieve constipation at home and safely is by simply drinking enough water and other fluids throughout the day such as fruit juices, decaffeinated teas and coffees. However, if your really constipated they say it is best to drink a morning cup of coffee with caffeine in it to help get your bowels moving more easily so you can relieve constipation fast. You can even drink a cup of strong green tea with natural caffeine in it if you don't like the taste of coffee as well.

The second best alternative way to relieve constipation fast and safely at home without causing your body any harm is by simply boiling a cup of water and squeezing some lemon juice into your cup of boiling water with two or three tablespoons of honey. Then once you have your boiling water, squeezed lemon, and honey in your coffee mug mixed together and it has cooled a bit you can sip on it until it is all gone. The warm water, lemon, and honey will help get your bowels stimulated within a couple minutes after you drink it so make sure you are near a bathroom because believe me you will have to go after drinking a cup of that. This is a perfect alternative constipation natural laxative to use if your really constipated and are looking for fast relief.

Now some way of preventing constipation would be to eat a couple cups of fruit a day such as apples, pears, mango's, pineapples, prunes, raisins, and other fruits of that nature. Eating these types of fruits will help give you extra fiber for you body, which will also help create softer stools so you can go to the bathroom a lot easier when you need to go. However, if your not big into eating fruit you can always eat some healthy fiber filled veggies such as broccoli, roman lettuce, asparagus, string beans, and many more wonderful green veggies of the nature, but make sure you cook them before you eat them other wise you could get yourself into more of a bind if you know what I mean.

Another great way to help relieve constipation is by eating a cup of cherries, blueberries, strawberries, and anything berry once a day seven days a week. If you don't like eating berries though you could drink cherry, blueberry, strawberry, and anything berry juice and that will help prevent constipation as well, but I think you can get the best relief from constipation if you eat the whole berries themselves. Eating the berries really helps give your body the proper amount of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber it needs to help keep your stools moving easily when you need to go to the bathroom.
